For 30 years, I have gained extensive experience in cake decoration , and have 15 years experience as a florist, being involved in with all aspects of the wedding flower business, bouquets, posies, hand crafted corsages, buttonholes, table decorations, flower arrangements, church decorations, hand made headdresses, and favours.

My involvement with the cakes and flowers, led me into the Bridal Gown Industry, which was a nice extension to my career, of which I take great pride.
